Digital Course Materials

Online courses and digital resources are eligible for full refund within 7 days if less than 25% of content has been accessed. After this threshold, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles

Live Workshop Sessions

Workshop registrations can be refunded up to 14 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 14 days may receive partial refund or credit toward future workshops.

Processing Time: 5-7 business days

Credits remain valid for 12 months from original purchase

Membership Programs

Annual memberships include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with no refund for current month but no future charges.
